tours of Romp N' Run Ranch are offered Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays by appointment at 5 or 5:30 pm

When Can My Dog Start?
all dogs must come for an initial "Evaluation Day" which are scheduled on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays during our regular daycare hours. You will drop off your dog between 6:30 and 8:30 am and pick up anytime between 4:30 and 6:30pm, assessment fee due at time of pick up

What Time Can I Drop Off?
all dogs scheduled for daycare or boarding must be dropped off between 6:30 and 9am M-F, 9 to 11am Sat, and 3 to 5pm Sun
What Time Can I Pick Up?
4:30 to 7pm M-F, 11am to 1pm Sat, and 3 to 5pm Sun. Dogs scheduled for a bath M-F can be picked up between 4:30 and 7pm
I Am Running Late, Can I Still Pick Up?
we do not offer drop off or pick up outside of our regular business hours and will make no exceptions to this policy
My Dog Is Not Neutered Yet, Can He Still Come?
yes, we do not require dogs to be altered, as long as they can pass our Evaluation Day process they are welcome to stay and play at Romp N' Run

Is Playtime Included?
yes, boarding dogs are included in the daycare activities for no additional charge
Do You Provide Food?
we feed a high quality kibble at no additional charge, but are happy to accommodate individual feeding needs including raw diets and medications
Can I Send Toys and Treats?
feel free to pack whatever you like for your dog, although we do not allow rawhide chews
We Have A Last Minute Trip, Can I Drop Off?
a) if your dog is already approved as a rancher, yes we can usually accommodate last minute plans b) if it is a holiday we are likely to be full and may not be able to make space, please plan ahead whenever possible
Our Christmas Trip Is Cancelled, Can We Get A Refund?
all holiday* reservations will be refunded up to 14 days before your scheduled drop off, if you must cancel for any reason after this time you will be charged 100% of your original reservation fees. *a holiday is anytime the local school districts are on a break

It Is Raining, Should I Still Drop Off?
we let the dogs play in the rain as long as there is no thunder or lightning, but will also let them stay inside if they prefer. *Please note that dogs are highly likely to get dirty on these days*
What Vaccinations Are Required?
you and your veterinarian can decide what is best for your dog, we do NOT require Bordetella and MUST have 14 days post vaccination if you choose to get this vaccine for your dog
I Just Adopted A New Dog, When Can She Start?
newly acquired dogs must be in your home environment for at least 30 days before being scheduled for their Evaluation Day
Do You Take Small Dogs?
yes! we have a very fun group of small dogs that have their own safe area to play in, "tiny tots" under ten pounds and baby puppies are also given a separate play yard to be sure they feel safe and secure
